"I'm from California and of course we have Hooters and Tilted Kilt, but those places are more of leftovers of the early aughts 'girls gone wild/ spike tv' culture. Even when you go into Hooters it's still pretty subdued and I think Tilted Kilt is probably going out of business slowly."
