"WINDS OF CHANGE adapts several tales from Ovid's 'Metamorphosis' in a highly artistic fashion that was obviously intended as an answer to FANTASIA. Alas, the film does not hit that mark, but it's a fun watch as a reminder of the days when things like it still got tons of money thrown at them."
